- Ensure that all Collateral Calls are attended on timely manner.
- Ensure that all collateral payments/receipts, cashflows are settled accurately & on timely manner.
- Attend weekly collateral calls and cash break calls.
- Ensure all ISDA/ MCA are in place for all new counterparties & updated in Collateral system.
- Understanding CSA terms and Standard Settlement Instructions and approving in the system.
- Assist in resolving disputed calls which are escalated by AM.
- Resolution of queries raised by the team / AM.
- Interacting with UK/US colleagues for process improvement and to plug the gaps in the process.
- Manage expectation & provide resolution by interacting with clients and counterparties
- Timely escalation of critical issues to senior management.
- Identify enhancement in the application used & should be able to draft BRDs and review
- Should be able to draft test cases of testing application for any new functionality introduced.
- Contributing towards Efficiencies and Productivity, identifying & documenting exceptional process
- Should set goals and be able to provide feedback to the team on their performance.
- Maintain Client satisfaction & able to analyze Risk for any client specific requirement

DISPLAY:

- Qualification of Post Graduate experience with 7-10 years or Graduate with relevant collateral experience of 8-12 yrs
- Excellent derivatives product understanding such as options, Swaps, IRS, CDS, Collateral
- Should have handle team of atleast 4-5 people
- Good written / oral communication / Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
- Proactive in taking additional responsibilities

- Learning ability, general awareness of industry changes in collateral management process

DELIVER:
- Ensure all potential calls are sent to counterparty before the stipulated cut off & all pay calls are attended.
- Ensure all month end cash recs are reviewed and completed before the stipulated cut off
- Ensure at any given day there are no breaks outstanding for more than 3 days
- Ensure that CSA and Standard Settlement instructions are correctly updated and approved in the system.
- Maintaining balance in work allocation
- Minimum review comments on drafted BRD
- Ensuring projects getting completed within the timeframe.
- To work closely with the team to ensure Client SLA are met
- Should be able to provide resolution to the client in terms of any issues escalated.
- Ensure Zero escalation to be maintained for his team in Client Confidentiality Breaches.
- Ensure client's confidentiality is maintained at all levels written and verbal by the team and its criticality is understood by the team.
- Understand client's requirements & interest. Evaluate its Risk and communicate to the management.
- Ensure all the processes are audit compliant with Nil breaches recorded during the audit review
- Prepares & Reviews exception documents and obtain approval from the Exception Committee and BRD for development requirements.
