Position: Manager - Organizational Development
Location : Hyderabad
Required Exp: 5 to 7 yrs post MBA
Education : MBA HR from premier institutes
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design of OD interventions to help the firm sustain a high performing culture.
- Build environment to Support change management initiatives to drive effective acceptance of OD interventions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and minimize resistance during organizational changes.
- Provide support to design and implement leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and competencies.
- Design and conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans for continuous improvement.
