The role requires someone with an overall experience of ~8 years, with 4-5 years specifically in the areas mentioned below.
- Portfolio of the role will be a mix of Organization Effectiveness and Rewards related work with the focus mainly being on Organization Effectiveness
- Ideal candidate would be from an HR Consulting background or from Retail Organizations with multi country operations with specialization in the Organization Effectiveness & Rewards portfolio.
- We are also open look at someone who has worked in a Global Centre of Excellence Team in other industries such as FMCG, Pharma etc.
