- Candidate from Performance Management- OR- Learning & Development background :
- Should have managed at least 2 complete appraisal cycles and should have clear understanding- of the process of Goal Setting- (KPI & KRA etc), evaluation, feedback recording, promotion/development recommendation/release and closure of cycle - along with the process of execution of the appraisal process to feeding the finalized inputs to the operations team for payouts
- Should have operational working knowledge of LMS
- Implementation of LMS would be an added advantage
- Ability to translate business needs into talent development
- Career progression exercise, Learning content design, development and creation of modules, involvement- in organization development needs identification and management process
- Operate at leading edge of technology for capability enhancement: ability to leverage social media, HRMS platform, LMS etc to enable seamlessly and an evolved learning experience,
- Knowledge of implementation and execution of Balanced Score Cards, Experience in Implementation and execution of R&R programs
