- We have an urgent opening for the role of Organization Development and Learning and Development Manager with a leading company. - Looking for 6+ years of experience in HR function and 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, Learning and Development, Effectiveness, Talent Management/Development. - Leadership and Organizational Development expertise. Successful track record of designing, developing, and delivering leadership and organizational development solutions to meet business goals. - Assessment and survey experience. Experience in assessment/survey design, deployment, data analysis and administration. - Software expertise. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word and various LMS and HRIS systems. Job role: - Research, develop, maintain and deliver employee training and development systems consistent with organizational priorities. Collaborate with leadership to assure training content supports long-range organizational objectives - Ensure employee learning objectives are achieved in a timely manner. Communicate with managers regarding direct reports- overdue, pending and failed trainings. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of a culture that attracts and retains a talented, engaged and high-performing workforce. - Research, develop, maintain, support and train a career development program aligned with organizational goals. - Provide support as needed to Human Resource team members to assure the attainment of departmental objectives. Perform HR project work and all other duties as assigned by supervisor. - Facilitate and deliver management skills training with specific emphasis on enhancing the skill sets of current supervisory and management personnel with a specific focus on employee engagement and retention.
