Manager - Organization Development/Learning & Development - BFSI

We are looking for a talent specialist who will be responsible for manage high potential in the organization as well as focus on career management and leadership development.

- People engagement, change management, collaboration and have a passion for the talent management domain groom employees to be future leaders for the organization.

- 4-7 year of experience into capability building, talent management, competency mapping, leadership development and succession planning

Reports to AVP & Head Talent Manage

Project Delivery-

- Identify, formulate and execute talent management and career management initiatives for employees across all levels

- Partner closely with high potential employees, leaders, stakeholders and HR team to understand the talent needs of the organization and drive talent management initiatives as per given timelines

- Builds effective relationships and collaborates with talent partners to design and deliver creative and enhanced initiatives

- Utilize internal available resources to deliver projects as well as assess external vendors for specific projects

- Leverages technology to create new processes and review the existing processes to

Skills Required

- Degree qualified in HR, Psychology, Business Management or relevant discipline; min. 3-5 years of relevant experience gained in sizable organizations

- Should have worked on projects related to building capability for the organization

- A self -starter with strong business acumen, people management skills and creative thinking

- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with internal and external key stakeholders in a matrix organization

- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders

- Expert in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

- Sound knowledge on data analytics and creative designing (must have )
