Manager - Organization Development

Job Objective :

Diversity & Inclusion :

- Engaging principal stakeholders and groups within the client system around the idea of D&I

- Responsible for recognizing, creating, and implementing plans to promote diversity within an organization

- Promoting and developing programmes to enhance employee understanding on inclusion

- Identifying external trends and recognizing best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce

- Maintaining relationships with organizations involved in D&I work, with the intention of working together and improving the company brand

Organization Development :

- Handing Organization Development initiatives for all group companies

- Supporting in the entire OD cycle Contracting, Diagnosis, Intervention Planning, Execution of intervention, Impact Measurement.

- Support in planning sustainability of initiatives and measuring the impact of OD initiatives on the client system.

- Ensuring effective project management of OD initiatives and tracking progress on action plan

- Ensuring effective documentation and review of activities under OD initiatives

- Ensuring appropriate OD intervention design in collaboration with external consultant

- Review & measure impact of OD initiatives on the system, program and individual

- Managing OD Budget & OD initiative administration

Key Result Areas :

- D&I measures in specific projects

- OD measurement parameters

Educational and Experience Requirements :

Minimum Requirement :

- MBA in Human Resources

- 8 -10 years

- Specialization in OD

- Exposure to Culture, D&I & OD
