Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Structure & design talent management activities for all staff in India
- Own the Performance Appraisal process
- Design & deliver Organizational Development projects
- Identify competencies, potential & performance levels for all staff and create long-term development plans for skill requirements
Candidate Specifications:
- MBA with specialization in Human Resources
- 7-10 years of overall experience, of which 4+ years in Organization Development / Talent Management.
- Experience of developing, designing & implementation of frameworks (Job Description, Competency etc.)
- Experience of designing Organizational Structures, Performance Management System
- Experience in Assessment Centres/ Development Centres
- Be able to independently handle large projects (end - end), implement new initiatives, change management effectively
- Good with Relationship Management.
