POSITION TITLE: Manager-OR (Full-Time)

LOCATION: Mumbai

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in OD/ People with similar experience in T&D and willing to take up OD assignment can also be considered. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN CONSULTING SPACE OF OD WILL BE PREFERRED.

Key Deliverables:

- Identify gaps and opportunities to impact business, especially through training led productivity improvements, develop solutions, and implement the same for Business unit/ associates along with business heads/ HR Head / CEO

- Create pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Implement, conduct, & monitor all OD interventions across the organization

- Preparation and facilitation of training courses to include the design of instructional materials for training and participant materials

- Develop and implement methods to evaluate effectiveness of OD programs.

- Strengthen the post interventions impact on all the participants through follow up with internal stakeholders.

- Delivering Results – Ability to take initiative, and a strong desire to succeed and attain goals. Manage execution, and envision the way forward at the same time.

- Problem Solving – Identify training gaps and opportunities to impact business, especially through training led productivity improvements, develop solutions, and implement the same.

- Communication and Influence – Ability to train effectively as well as represent and successfully influence the internal stakeholders to L& D strategies and recommendations.

- Project & Time Management skills – Ability to effectively apply project management tools, skills and knowledge to successfully create training calendars and complete projects within the designated time period
