About Our Client:  Our client is an International Media House having a diverse portfolio and vast presence across India. They are looking to hire an individual contributor to the Organisational Development team who will report into the Director.   Roles & Responsibilities:   - Designing & executing the OD interventions across the organisation   - Working closely with the Business Heads to diagnose change needs at an organisation   - Working on large scale transformation projects, managing the change charter for the company  - Designing and developing assessment and development programs across levels for people and processes  - Leveraging technology to execute on OD interventions and facilitate sessions   The Successful Applicant:   You come with 6-8 years of overall experience, with atleast 3 years of working within the OD / transformation space. You have an MBA in HR or an MA in Psychology from a reputed Business School. Only consulting profiles would not be considered however a combination of Consulting and Industry would be given preference by the client. You have strong knowledge of OD models & frameworks and a good understanding of the methodologies and tool-kits used.
