Manager - Order Management & Operations - US Based MNC - WFO

Job Description :

- Leads the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process for a company which includes Billing, Collections and Cash.

- Prepare the various report, MIS and Dashboard as per management requirement

- Subject matter expert on the end-to-end credit and collection process.

- Ability to actively engage stakeholders, clients and staff to ensure processes are executed consistently.

- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system, MS Office is desirable.

- Experience in Oracle NetSuite CRM, and Salesforce CRM tools is preferable.

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, judgment skills with independent decision-making ability, research and analytical skills, understanding of credit risk, and focus on finding solutions
