Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Primary Responsibilities include managing small group of Order Management team members - Responsible for small, medium and Enterprise accounts - SaaS Based - Help establish and manage customer relationships. Directly controls over billing for new customers as well as recurring customers on a daily basis - Has a great passion in people management and help team members scale towards success - Manages and controls expense for team while ensuring resource optimization - Manages a small number of third-party partners in the successful delivery of technical solutions - Manages and coordinates necessary paperwork and support to be set up as Vendor with high/medium profile accounts - Assists in problem-solving escalations to maintain strong customer experience levels Competencies Required: - People Management - Partner/Client Management - Order Management - Project/Program Management - Workforce Planning - Coaching, Counselling and Mentoring - Should be experienced in SAAS based billing - Should be strong in the process, CRM Tools like SFDC, Analytics, reports - Its a night shift role.
