- Identifying and defining the issues in the business

- Analyse and document these issues and then design corrective action plans

- Root case Analysis of issues faced by business

- Define the business issues and work with business partners to resolve the same

Candidate profile:

- Should have worked on Sharepoint/ any other cloud based software

- Should have experience in risk/compliance/operations

- Should have good experience in documentation

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
