Manager - Opex - Infrastructure Business

We are looking for a Opex Manager for our client with Pan India presence based at Gurgaon.

Nature of Role : OPEX Associates

Division/ Dept: : Operations& Maintenance

Work Timings :9AM-6PM, however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 4+ exp in Middle management in Finance, Operation expenses & Costing function. Education : CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) Reg

Interactions

- Interact regularly with field teams to assess the material / budget / PO support required to maintain the network.

- Timely closure of material gaps / issues

- Assisting in timely closure of functional audit and queries

- Interaction with SCM / Warehouse for timely availability of material by providing material planning and PRs.

- Timely invoice clearance with DN/CN adjustment for correct and timely payment to partners by Finance.

- Providing budgetary / PO support to partners for EB restorations

- Partner meetings for KPI sign off and to review the monthly performance.

Job purpose

Control Operating / Capital expenditure within defined SOPs, with optimum utilization of allocated budgetary resources by developing the least cost per site.

KRA

1. Getting timely allocation of capex and opex budget from circle and further allocating and bifurcating it to cluster level.

2. Ensure timely payments to all vendors by reducing and closing vendor disputes for smooth operations

3. Manage Inter departmental relationships by meeting with customers at regular interval for function audit and other activates

4. Maintain site inventory and material management by timely material planning and budget allocation

5. Partner management
