Number of Reportees: ALL Operation team leaders for Export Operations

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 /5 years of experience in Manager Level (Transport / Courier / Logistics Only)

Managing team of Executives / Supervisors with leader ship skills.

Responsible for all Export operation related activities Pan India Complete ownership and accountability

Complete support and responsible to Trailer Division for optimum utilization of fleet dedicated for Exports

Trailer Fleet Optimization, Invoice Management, POD Management and other activities as requested by Trailer Division HOD

Route Planning/Mapping

Operational Quality

People Management and development

Customer retention & target volume lifting

Protection of Capital employed

Trailers Arrangement

Monthly MIS & reports

Software module updating

Customer Payment

Salary Range: 8 - 13 LPA
