Manager - Ops Strategy

Role Objective:

- Deliver project on time and to desired quality, with reasonable achievement of cost objectives.

- End to End operational responsibility for select Projects

Key Responsibilities :

- Co-ordination with Business Strategy counterpart and corporate functions (legal, finance etc.) to maximize NPV/optimize cash flow.

- Development planning (master planning, fsi planning, product mix, phasing, etc.) with a view to maximize NPV/optimize cash flow

- Understand S&M/Business Strategy inputs for product and aligning with product design process

- Project Execution strategy planning

- End to end development planning / construction program management in line with the development objectives; periodic review of development progress vs. Plan

- Tender / package review and coordination

- Innovation in development to support improvements in quality and time

- Project budget setting and Cost-to-complete review (annual)

- Driving value engineering

- Working with PD to ensure effectiveness of Project office
