Real Estate Operations & Strategy Manager is a key role and will have oversight over company's real estate investments which include analytics, operations management, market insight / development activities and initiatives. This role is both project-oriented (such projects will change and evolve alongside the priorities of executive leadership) and responsible for day-to-day support of critical real estate strategy and operations decisions. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic analysis and have strong operational control over the projects he/she is handling. - Manage day to day activities involved with managing Marketing / Sales / Collections of Real Estate Investments - Support due diligence of potential investments in Real Estate Projects through strategic data analysis and legal diligence - Maintain deep understanding of demographic, competitor and related industry trends - Evaluate, source, integrate and maintain all internal real estate data and provide analysis on a time to time basis Minimum Education and Experience: - Education Level: MBA in Finance / Business Strategy - Experience Level: 2+ years- relevant professional experience. Real Estate Knowledge is Mandatory - Must be intellectually curious, inquisitive, thoughtful, and a good listener - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task several complex projects with the flexibility to be proactive in a fast pace, ever changing environment - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to lead through influence as well as collaborate across functional areas - Resourceful and motivated self-starter; has high initiative, and a desire/ability to persist through obstacles and ambiguity Candidate should speak Telugu, Hindi and English languages. Salary Range : 10 Lacs to 12 Lacs PA
