Manager - Operations Strategy & Project Management - Manufacturing Firm

Qualification : MBA from Premier institutions + Engineering Background in Mech/Chemical Engg

Experience : 3 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or consulting background

Key areas of the role involves :

- Working with Leadership team to identify , work and monitor operational strategy areas.

- Explore opportunities for new geographical footprints , new products and new market opportunities.

- Study overall economic industry related mega trends, market research and competition intelligence

- Develop dashboards and track Critical projects/initiatives budget on quarterly, monthly

- Lead cross functional teams working on various special projects and initiatives on cost/efficiencies and develop appropriate delivery and measurement matrices.
