We intend to build a long lasting legacy to become the largest paymaster of premium talent ( > 15 yrs experience) in the world. In the short to medium term, we need help to service our clients more efficiently and are looking for people aligned with our vision. We are looking to expand our top management team and you can put your people skills to good and impactful use. There are lots of challenging problems especially pertaining to scale-up issues in operations and delivery which require a relentless pursuit, day in and day out with a never say die attitude.

Responsibilities :

- Align monthly targets with Annual Operating Plan, and steer the team towards achieving these goals.

- Will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

- Support HR and Finance on all the operational tasks.

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

Requirements :

- One should demonstrably know the best practices in leading teams, setting targets and motivating people to achieve them either by virtue of having done them earlier or showcase the capability to do so.
