Business Title: Manager-ISC
Location: Bangalore
Area of Responsibilities Key Activities/Elements :
- Manage a team of 8-12 Integrated Supply Chain Finance professionals supporting Logistics for Honeywell Strategic Business Units and Factories of Honeywell
- Own complete responsibility of Operations and Service Delivery of the Logistics Analytics Team in ISC COE for the SBG
- Support Development Of Process standards and play the role of a - gatekeeper- to drive ongoing Governance
- Drive Continuous Improvement Via Process Automation, Identify and implement self-service where applicable for the ISC / Factory Information users
- Drive the evolution of the COE ISC team to mature in the support of ISC/Factory Metrics and Analysis to own end to end responsibility for activities such as:
Partner with the global SBG / SBU / Regional ISC Finance Leaders to drive High quality FP&A support to Plant / Factory leadership teams in the following areas :
- Inventory Reporting
Labor Efficiency : Conversion Costs and Cost Per Hour
Cost Management : OEF / Indirect / Cost Center Analysis
- Purchase Price Variance reporting and analysis for every factory
- Report out the results of Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance initiatives (VE /CE) by partnering with the R&D and Finance
- Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial plan/forecast
Productivity Measurement :
- Walks (Inflation / FX / Volume), Variance Commentary and analysis
- Drive Adherence to a robust Metrics based Management Operating System for the COE to manage the transitions and measure performance of the team
- Drive talent acquisition, retention and maturity by effectively collaborating with Staffing and OD&L and HR teams
Qualification and Professional Experience :
- A minimum degree in commerce / finance (equivalent of Bachelor's degree)
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing P&L, Factory Analytics/ISC Metrics
- Exposure to working with Global Customers. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and collaborate with other departments/sites
Technical Abilities :
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is a must.
- Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access and Power point)
- Fluent in verbal English and in written communication
- Strong financial analysis skills; ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands
- Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level
- Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
- Quickly adapts to changing circumstances
- Understanding of key business drivers
- Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks
- Excellent Data Mining skills
