Job Description - They are looking for a Manager to manage the operational risks for the company. The person will also be responsible for creating robust MISs and dashboards to assess performance and control adherence.

Our client is one of the leading NBFCs in India backed by one of the largest banks in India. They offer financial services in a specialized space and are one of the reputed players in their field.

Description

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:

1 Understanding business processes, risks and identifying control issues

2 Reporting overall operational risks and creating action plans with the functional unit heads to improve the same

3 Understanding data flows and develop reports, MIS and dashboards to ensure visibility and early detection

4 Managing projects, process design while assessing data quality within the purview of operations risk and control

5 Managing internal auditors for reviews and management action plans

Profile

You will be a qualified operations risk professional, with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in the financial services sector. You should have good knowledge of risk management systems, processes and tools.

Understanding of the regulatory environment, with experience in instituting measures for strong controls in operations is critical for this role. Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.
