Manager - Operations - Retail Assets

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate should have prior experience of managing an Operations Unit in Retail Assets Operations.

- Candidate should have prior experience in managing digital loan disbursal (booking)/Payments/Post Disbursal activities for all retail products.

- The candidate should be well versed with loan documentations across secured and unsecured products.

- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage outsourced Staff.

- The candidate should have experience in managing & driving quality and SLA for the unit.

- The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

- Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT.

- Taking initiatives and advising on the best practices to improve TAT and processes within the unit.

- Ability to prepare and make presentation to Senior Management.

- Conduct Process Reviews and make process changes as applicable.

- Collaborate with the Business, Product, Customer Service, Credit, Technology, Analytics and Risk teams to ensure smooth functioning of business.

- Working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint is reqd

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering/Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science /Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience.
