Our mission is to connect audiences with stories that will move them! We are building a social search and discovery app that will connect the worlds of streaming and cinemas, and to achieve this we are looking for an incredible Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager at Movie Me, you will:

1. Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.

2. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

3. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.

4. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

5. Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.

6. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.

7. Strategise and execute ways and means of achieving organisation and product goals.

8. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans and problem resolution.

9. Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.

10. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.

11. Ensure that activities remain compliant with laws and protocols.

12. Oversee materials and inventory.

13. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.

14. Deeply understand and socialise the evolving needs of our team members.

15. Be expected to deliver quality, even in the face of adversity.

16. Be required to deliver high-impact work with autonomy in remote work settings.
