Job Title: Operations Manager - Oil Trading

Key Responsibilities:

- Back Office Operations: Oversee and manage all back-office operations related to oil trading, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of trades.

- Trade Execution: Work closely with the trading team to ensure seamless execution of oil trades into and from the Middle East, India, and Africa.

- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of oil products, monitoring shipping schedules, and resolving any logistical challenges.

- Counterparty Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the trading process.

- Trade Finance (Bonus): Utilize trade finance knowledge to optimize financial transactions and mitigate risks associated with oil trading activities.

- Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Book of Trades: Leverage a minimum of 10 years of industry experience to bring a substantial book of trades, contributing to the overall success of the trading desk.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and other relevant KPIs for internal stakeholders.
