Manager Operations(Marketing) with leading FMCG Global Shared Services
We are looking for a results driven individual with a strong process orientation.
The incumbent should have at least 3-4 years of people and operations management experience in Marketing Services. A total work experience of 8-10 years is desired.
- Help build a strong foundation for operations that allows us to scale at will and yet maintain the flexibility.
- Promote a culture of efficiency and collaboration. Help drive a continuous service mindset to the Marketing Team.
- Build and maintain metrics for Marketing Services teams. Help manage the allocation and prioritization of new tasks/ projects.
- Create appropriate management dashboards for key metrics / SLAs such as on-time delivery, # of errors reported.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects / reports from the Client teams or Global SMEs to Mumbai as and when needed.
Qualification :
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
- Hands on experience in running a MARCOM operations. A total experience of 8-10 years in running operations
