Manager - Operations - only Manufacturing, no supply chain - IIT/NIT/DCE (7 to 11 years)

Core Responsibilities of the job :

Operations leadership role.

- PnL responsibility at cluster level,

- Operational Unit set up and expansion in the cluster initially,

- Ensuring cost control and optimization,

- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs

- Execution of operational plans

- Managing daily operations

- Processing Centers, Branches, First Mile and last mile network, business partners

- Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes at PC, branches and terminals

- Build, train, manage the team's performance

Professional attributes :

- Experience in having managed and controlled factories in a manufacturing a set up

- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs, - Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team ( 100 people at various levels)

- Ability to handle crisis situations

Personal attributes :

- Leadership skills, someone who could work swiftly and can handle large teams of 10 plus people. So team management is a very important factor. Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

- Outstanding Communication skills
