Manager Operations Linefeed / I2M - Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for all I2M process :

- Line feeding to assembly line / Production Line

- Production Planning

- Warehouse Management

- Project setup, Purchase, Materials, Logistics, Warehousing & Operations

- Dealt with Corporate Affairs & Liaison with Government Authorities

- Handling production, operation of the plant effectively, safely and economically and ensuring that products meet the requirement and standards

- Ensuring full utilization of issued raw material, man power planning & management to increase productivity

- Carrying out Lean line design, layout design, Setup time reduction, OEE improvement, Production Planning, Pull with Suppliers & customer, better visualization in shop floor and working according to standards & Quality improvement

- Employing quality control & formulating inspection standards/control techniques to ensure that the process adheres to set quality standards

- Monitoring plant performance against approved targets on a day-to-day basis and identifying existing or potential technical problems. Formulating operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organization norms

NOTE : This position is with a leading MNC SCM Co. who will handle Mfg Client at chakan.
