Manager/Operations Lead - Co-Insurance

Position: Manager/Operation Manager-Lead

Location: Mumbai

Budget: 14 to 16 Lacs

Job Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for Co-insurance Settlement

- Follow up with Leader/Follower for coinsurance statement and settlement

- Ensure all settlement on time for PSU and PVT both

- Internal Co-ordination for policy and claim bookings

- SAP parking and knock off accounting expertise

- MIS and Tracking

- ETASS reconciliation development and automation

- Managing Co-Insurance Team

Skills and Competencies:

1. Ability to apply best practices and identify gaps in process and improve them

2. Ensure timely completion of projects

3. Ability to coordinate & communicate effectively in or outside organization.

4. Logical and Process Oriented

5. Excel & Power point presentation skills

Internal Interface: Claims, Accounts, Compliance, Operations, Sales, UW

MBA / Postgraduate with an experience of ~ 3 to 5 years in GI Industry related to co-insurance settlement can also apply.
