Manager - Operations - Kitchen Manufacturing

Their wide range of materials and equipment not just meets the standard and warranty needs, but also is a clever combination of design, uniqueness and finish.

Built in the heart of Holland, their markets are spread across Europe and Asia. They make nearly 2500 kitchens per week to suit various requirements and distributed to multiple locations in the UK, Dubai and other countries. They cater to not only residential styles but also to industrial kitchens.

As a Manager Operations, you will be responsible for overviewing all the job orders running & providing all the necessary support to each project executive for effective & efficient project execution.

What you will do :

- Managing all job orders and effectively allocating the jobs to project executives

- Managing customer/ client queries and grievances & customer satisfaction survey

- Inventory planning of materials In collaboration with storekeeper & raising requisition to purchase department.

- Effective liaising with concerned authorities

- Closely working with the Production Teams in planning monthly production Inventory management, scheduling of Import shipments Duty free import clearance

- Managing the entire delivery logistics team that is responsible for vehicle management, order tracking and customer order delivery

- Directing inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management

What you need to have :

- Any graduation or post graduation

- Must be from Architecture or Design background

- Must have excellent logistics, project handling and operations management skills

- Must have good networking skills

- Excellent liaisoning skills with govt agencies
