Job Description :
- Manage HR, Recruitment, IT, Security, Facility, Service staff deliverables
- Assist in HR, payroll, leave management, Billing and Internal technical team training coordination
- Own internal IT and Internal Applications for their smooth operations
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Assist in purchasing materials, IT asset audit, manage annual maintenance contract
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts in terms of manpower and deliverables
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs for your team
- Recruit, train and supervise staff for your team
- Assist in payroll, leave management, training requirement in terms of the team complying with procedures and guideline
- Drive company compliance certification process
- Implement best practices across all functions and/or improve existing processes
Requirements :
- Prior Operations Manager or similar role work experience
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability and mentoring skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to make sure tasks are getting done timely fashion
- Ready to make tough decisions
- Be physically present in office all FIVE (5) working days of the week.
- Ready to be in office over the weekend on need basis during crisis or maintenance
