Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. Your role will involve strategic planning, process optimization, and team management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business processes and achieve company goals.

2. Streamline workflow processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

4. Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support operational needs. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
