About the Role : We are looking for a highly passionate, dynamic &amp; young leader for the role of Lead - Last Mile Operations based at HO, Pune. Primary responsibility to manage and coordinate a team of 100+ (and growing fast) Delivery Partners across 3 States. Key areas of responsibility : - Managing the Last mile delivery operations cost and efficiency - Building and expansion of delivery chain across state at district and taluka level. - Manage &amp; monitor performance of delivery partners - Implement and build scalable &amp; seamless processes - Work closely with Technology for automated process &amp; product development - Manage P&amp;L of the LMD vertical Requirements : - 8+ years- experience in high volume operational setup, preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, Logistics). Startup experience will be a bonus. - Should have handled geographically dispersed teams - Strong stakeholder management skills and be able to liaise with top management with ease. - Ready to travel extensively
