Manager - Operations - Insurance

Requirement :

- Someone with experience in (US/UK Life Insurance / Pensions)

Operations Management :

- Managing day to day management of activities on operations floor

- Maintaining SLA given as per target

Stakeholder Management :

- Ensure effective/accurate reporting

- Managing client expectations

Process : Ensure delivery as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and work within the set policies and guidelines
