Manager Operations : Job Description

Managing a team of 200+ and will be responsible for P&L and metrics of 10,000+ shipments daily. A core part of the job will be to create and roll out new processes to continuously improve the supply chain.

About Co: It is a daily delivery service co. in India. Starting with milk, the company delivers most frequent daily needs to consumers via a subscription model. Founded by alumni of IIT and IIM, the company is pioneering the micro delivery e-commerce model in India using its unique supply chain. The company is backed by Y-Combinator and other prominent investors from India and US.

Responsibilities

- Manage a multi-hierarchy team of 200+ members which can successfully execute 10,000+ shipments daily

- Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs

- Source, hire and train a team of managers

- Create MIS reports and achieve targets

- Liaison with customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience

Candidate Requirements -

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to create reports and drill down to the bottle necks

- Candidate should have exemplary leadership skills and should be comfortable managing a large team

- Should have created SOPs before and have previous hiring and training experience

- Education: Graduation or above

- Willingness to travel within the city

Location: Chandivali (Corporate office in Mumbai)

Timings: 7 am to 4 pm

Salary: 10 LPA - 18 LPA (depending upon last drawn salary)

Week Off: 1 week Off (Sunday)
