Position : Manager Operations (Marketing Services)
Reports to : Head Marketing Services
Location : Powai
We are looking for a results driven individual with a strong process orientation. The incumbent should have at least 3-4 years of people and operations management experience in Marketing Services. A total work experience of 8-10 years is desired.
This position reports to the Head Marketing Services- GBS India. The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations in two core areas:
- Consumer Research
- GCOM Operations esp. Digital Asset Operations
The Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the MS Ops team of 10+ members and oversee all reporting and other operational projects.
- Help build a strong foundation for operations that allows us to scale at will and yet maintain General Mills India Ltd. the flexibility.
- Promote a culture of efficiency and collaboration. Help drive a continuous service mindset to the Marketing Team.
- Build and maintain metrics for Marketing Services teams. Help manage the allocation and prioritization of new tasks/ projects.
- Support the Mumbai Teams (GCI and GCOM) and Client Teams on their operational needs from time to time.
- Manage the on boarding, set-up and trainings for the new joiners in marketing services.
- Create appropriate management dashboards for key metrics / SLAs such as on-time delivery, # of errors reported.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects / reports from the Client teams or Global SMEs to Mumbai as and when needed.
- Build and grow key client relationships.
- Ensure visibility of progress through a metric driven approach for the operations.
- Minimum Qualification
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
- Hands on experience in running a MARCOM operations. A total experience of 8-10 years in running operations
- 4- 6 years- experience in servicing FMCG/Pharma/Retail clients or in a KPO / Captive industry
- 3-4 years in scanner and panel data with Nielsen, IRI tools (preferable)
- 3-4 years in leading teams and people management
