Manager - Operations - FinTech

Our client is one of the leading Fintech firms based out of Mumbai & Bangalore.

Role brief:

Externally, the role collaborates with NBFC partners and services partners and internally, the role collaborates with finance, engineering, product and risk teams. 

- The role would have a direct impact on design and feature enhancements to keep our disbursal process running smoothly. The Ops Manager would be responsible for finding innovative ways to manage complex set of disbursal flows efficiently & in a scalable way with minimum operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the company's relations with NBFCs and other services vendors are maintained with a high degree of operational efficiency

- Review, troubleshoot and resolve process issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Interact with internal product and engineering teams to provision, test and implement process automation solutions

- Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in an operations role (Fin-ops/Lending ops)

- Understands basic financials terms and engineering skills

- Strong communication skills and follow-up skills

- Experience in Consumer Lending/Fintech companies/NBFCs/banks
