Our client is a global leader and recognised among the most valuable brands world over. They are growing aggressively in India and are driven by a portfolio of products both multi sector & multi geography. They are looking for a Operations Excellence Head to manage multiple plants in India.

Description :

Reporting to the MD Operations and managing a 5 member operations team, your key responsibilities will be -

- Performing detailed stakeholder analysis and developing change management models that maximise outcomes

- Executing improvement workshops in a manner that promotes operational excellence and strives for optimum solutions.

- Training and mentoring of Six Sigma/Lean concepts at multiple levels

- Providing support to the Site Management and functional leaders in the development and deployment utilising continuous improvement methodology like TPM and WCM across all projects

- Helping to create the future state as it relates to shortened value streams, manufacturing strategies and cross-functional processes

- Facilitating the establishment of organisation-wide uniform policies and procedures

Profile

Ideally you have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines with 12-20 years of industry experience. You have the drive to instill continuous improvement practices across various business functions in the company. Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma and Lean disciplines is preferred. You are an effective communicator with all levels of the organisation and have the experience of managing a large teams, and complex business operations on a daily basis.
