Hiring for Manager (Operations Excellence) - CTC 10 to 15 Lkhs - Leading MNC

Qualification & Experience : Full time MBA from NITIE with Black belt six sigma certified.

Experience : Minimum 3-4 years from packaging, proposing packaging solutions, E commerce, Third Party Logistics, Currently handling operations through lean and six sigma only need to apply.

- Enhancing the operational efficiency of project teams and client engagements.

- Institutionalizing Continuous Improvement as the way of thinking and day to day working amongst the operations group members.

- Building Operations Excellence knowledge through training programs, initiatives, workshops and partnering with senior members of the project team to identify gaps in existing processes, help the project team in creating meaningful plans and road maps to improve their operations maturity over a period and facilitate adoption of best practices across teams.
