Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager Location: Whitefield Warehouse & Koramangala Office, Bangalore, India Reporting to: Founder Responsibilities: - Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes for warehousing and supply chain operations using technology solutions. - Ensure fresh produce reaches the customers on time by optimizing the supply chain process. - Manage the farmer to customer connect and ensure a smooth delivery process. - Build strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and integrate tech solutions to improve efficiency. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse and during transportation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. - Analyze and report on operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for food safety and quality. - Train and develop team members to ensure a high-performance culture. - Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required. Requirements: - Degree from a recognized college (tier 1 or 2). - 2-5 years of experience in warehousing and supply chain operations, preferably in the fresh produce industry. - In-depth knowledge of warehousing and supply chain processes, as well as experience in building scalable processes using technology solutions. - Basic technical knowledge including Excel sheets, apps, and ERPs. - Extremely honest and ethical with a strong work ethic. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is a plus. - Experience working in warehousing and Agritechs - Own vehicle preferred.
