Manager Operations - Disbursement - A leading NBFC

The Operations unit caters to the following activities pertaining to the Urban/ Rural business. The candidate is required to ensure compliance against company laid down policy & procedures.

Activities included as follows :

1. Centralized loan booking/disbursement - Urban/ Rural

a. Responsible for Urban/Rural loan booking/disbursements - Ensuring compliance of the prevailing checks and controls in the process.

b. Timely and frequent reviews on the loan booking/disbursement process to identify risks and build controls to mitigate the same.

c. Ensuring TAT adherence for the loan booking process.

d. Keeping in place a repository for all transactions executed with proper audit trails. Ensure periodic reporting requirements are adhered to.

e. Addressing queries related to such loan booking/disbursement

f. Ensure accurate and timely booking/disbursements without any misses.

g. Review and implementation of new process and projects related to loan booking.

h. Branch visits to drive process adherence and file quality

i. Arranging monthly meeting with stake holders to improve performance metrics

2. Record management :

a. Handling the record management unit. This Unit caters to the monitoring of records pertains to the Urban /Rural business

b. Collateral management for all secured bookings undertaken by the Urban/Rural Loan Booking secured business booked out of Chennai

c. Adherence to the Record Management policy of Fullerton India.

d. Files & collateral dispatch to Chennai RMU as per defined timelines & accurately.

3. Centralized Operation :

a. Monitor all central transactions related to Rural central Ops

b. Loan cancellations, Loan rebooking & loan rescheduling

c. Bank reconciliations and Cash management process

d. Preparing branch / Hub resources productivity
