The Role / Responsibilities :

- The Manager will supervise a diverse team of Associates responsible for capturing and presenting critical financial data for Public Finance and Corporate Finance related entities used in the credit rating process.

- The manager will understand financial data and analyze issues and challenges in order to develop and implement solutions.

- The manager will be responsible to implement and maintain controls around processes and Service Level Agreements across a variety of deliverables. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, detailed and have a strong affinity towards identifying process efficiencies.

The manager will :

- Develop and manage a team in day-to-day operations according to service levels and data quality goals

- Manage multiple deliverables and stake-holders

- Develop subject matter expertise in relevant deliverables

- Create and maintain analyses and management reports to keep management informed of projects and performance

- Recognize process improvement opportunities and provide and implement solution recommendations

Qualifications :

- Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and particularly Excel.

- Candidate must the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands.

- Strong organizational, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills are required to work as a team and for daily interaction with Moody's Analysts.

- Strong knowledge or prior experience working with data. Knowledge or prior experience analysing financial statements.

- Individual must be organized, dependable, able to multi-task and manage priorities, display initiative, and have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

The Department / Team :

- The Analytic Data Management (ADM) team is responsible for managing and packaging financial, operational, debt and other relevant analytic data and documents for use in ratings procedures. The team works closely with ratings analysts and team members may interact with analysts on a regular basis.
