Manager- Operations Consulting - Big4

Role:

You must have the ability to identify cost optimization opportunities especially in area of FTE reduction, ability to understand the contract manpower agreement terms and opportunities thereof, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on deployed manpower using appropriate methods and techniques.

You must be able to lead small to medium value engagements or components of large, complex engagements with the ability to manage and lead teams for successful client delivery.

You will actively participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Engage in client meetings for active collaboration and delivery of services. Be proactive and demonstrate assertiveness in communicating with client, exhibit excellent communication skills.

You must be willing to travel.

Must Have's:

MBA / Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering

5+ years of experience across industry and/or consulting.

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Industry experience on shop floor / production engineering is desirable.
