- Should have BPO experience
- Minimum 8 years of Total Experience
- Experience as AM/Tenured AM
- Experience in Inbound Technical Support (US/UK)
- Should be good at Trouble Shooting Problems
- Have experience of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), mentioned on CV as well
- Windows Troubleshooting
- Should be willing to work on Rotational Shifts
Salary range:12 -14 LPA
