Job Description:

- Candidate should have experience in SLA.

- Candidate should have experience in Attrition Management.

- Candidate should have experience in People Management.

- Candidate should have experience in Stakeholders Management.

Key Skills:

- Experience in SLA (Mandatory)

- On Papers 3-4 years experience in Operation Manager.

- BPO experience of 6-7 years.

- Only US Process (Mandatory)

- Should have soft collections experience.

- Should have excellent command on excel and PPT.

- Should have managed a minimum of 150 staff strength.

- Candidate should be flexible working in Night Shifts.
