Operations Manager - Banking/Fintech Job Role : 1. Supervision of day-to-day operations to make sure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly deliverables are met. 2. Daily production of cases 3. Coordinate with internal/external teams to set up processes and exceptional handling 4. Monthly reconciliation with lenders, internal/external teams and billing 5. MIS preparation and handling 6. Serve as a primary point of contact to the lenders and agencies 7. Team management 8. Quality Assurance and due diligence Skills Required : 1. Candidate should have 8-10 years' experience in Ops (Preferably from Lending background) 2. Good process understanding on lending such as KYC checks, processing of documents etc 3. Proficient in excel/google sheets. (Familiarity with SQL, VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus) 4. Good understanding of MIS preparation and converting the 5. Good understanding of reconciliation and QC. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills 7. Should have managed a team size of 8-10 before. 8. Good attention to detail
