Our client is a fast growing, PCI certified digital payments platform that leverages technology to offer a single-window alliance for acceptance of UPI and multiple wallets, as well as settlement and reconciliation. This enables service providers and fintech organisations to seamlessly integrate and transact with one another.

Founded in 2016 by a team with deep industry experience, this Noida based company is venture capital backed and has raised a total funding of $2.41M. It has relationships with 12 leading issuer banks and more than 30 brands/ OEMs. It processes more than 500,000 transactions a day and already has around 100,000 merchants on its platform.

This future ready platform is enriching the customer experience by transforming the payments landscape.

As a Manager Operations, you will be responsible for managing the companys banking relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations with banks, and acting as a liaison between the organization and the technical teams.

What you will do:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the partner banks, including regular communication, meetings, and coordination of activities

- Overseeing and managing all operational aspects related to our banking activities, including cash management, transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance

- Serving as a point of contact between our organization and the technical teams, facilitating discussions and providing guidance on technical issues related to banking operations

- Continuously assessing and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management within the banking function

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate controls

- Tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking operations, preparing regular reports and presenting findings to senior management

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and legal departments, to ensure seamless integration of banking operations with other business functions

- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the banking sector, and apply that knowledge to improve companys operations

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in bank relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry

- Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash management, payments processing, and compliance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices

- Proficiency in using banking software and systems

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
