Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Help scaling up business - Building supply &amp; distribution network - Ready to roll up the sleeves and get the job done, no matter what it takes Skills required : - First of all, the passion, dedication, resilience and a steel will - Good inter-personal skills - A team player - Good communication skills Work Experience : - Experience in e-commerce, supply-chain, agri industry will be a plus - Entrepreneurial experience preferred Education : A sound educational background is required. Pass outs of IIMs IITs will be preferred Compensation : Salary(better than market standards) + ESOPs (0.1-0.5%)
