Manager - Operations

- To measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and continuously finds ways to improve.

- To lead and mentor all employees at the factory.

- To ensure that the staff meet or surpass organizational and sales goals.

- To oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.

- To provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the factory under direct supervision.

- Will be responsible for gross margin, timely deliveries of customer orders, customer satisfaction and customer enquiries.

- To enforce strict stock control procedures and ensure that Inventory levels are maintained.

- To manage relationships with all external contractors / partners / suppliers.

- To prepare inventory and examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.

- To perform quality control and monitor factory KPIs.

- To assist Customer Service with queries related to shipping, order updates and urgent delivery requests.

- Actively participate in the Management team & Site Evolution strategy.

- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
