Manager - Operational Risk - BFSI

- Support onshore team in developing standard reporting process

- To migrate Operational Risk reporting functions into GAC

- Escalate and influence key customer issues in an effective way to ensure timely resolution

- In-depth working knowledge and reporting exposure on Incidents / RCA / KRI / Issues and Actions / Internal Control Monitoring Plans / Data quality / Risk map etc.,

- Plan business contingency and achieve cross-training

Driving Innovation/Change:

- Continuous review of processes with the objective of improving the service delivery timeline and quality

- Drives within the team, number of ways to do things differently, that will continuously improve the business

- Aligns longer term plans with team strategy for maximum return on investment

- Takes reasonable risks to innovate

- Effectively drive and manage change

Technical skills:

- Experience in creating reports in OBIEE, running reports, designing queries in answers

- Proficiency in MS office suite with Excel Macros/ VBA

- Experience working in Onsite & Offshore model desired

Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / CPA / CFA with 6-10 Years OR MBA Finance from a reputed Institute with 7-12 years of experience in Reporting & Analysis

- Knowledge of Finance / Risk functions in the Banking & Financial Services Domain

- Proven ability to manage migrations and exposure to diverse/multi-culture work environments with strong organization, time management and prioritization skills

- Experience of leading and managing teams of approx 10 members

- Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions

- Confident, articulate, persuasive, with enhanced change management skills

- Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to produce high quality reports which are articulate and effectively deliver the right message to the recipients

- Well-developed influencing skills
