Manager - Operational Risk

We are actively in Search of an Excellent resource in Handling Operational Risk

Skill Sets :

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

1 ) At least 7 years of operational Risk experience with sound knowledge of control. Proactive by taking actions and being persistent in addressing issues

2 ) Able to use instigative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues to conclusion

3 ) Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner

4) Ability to lead people and develop them

5) Appropriate university degree in Commerce /Law

6) Preferable - Chartered Accountant / Engineer / MBA

Role Purpose :

Manage a team of Risk professionals to deliver various Operational Risk activities for IIB across geographies. This includes all areas in Operational risk including Information Security, Business continuity etc.

Note :

- Looking for a candidate with institutional banking background with good exposure to operational risk

Onboarding time : 2 - 4 Weeks
